Stored keys and reset control
The key nullshift-language stores en, zh-CN, ja, ko or ar. The key nullshift-motion stores reduce or full. Reset preferences removes both values and returns the language to English and motion to the system preference. Catalogue search terms and filters can remain in the page URL; share that URL only if you also intend to share those search terms.
Cookies and local storage are different
A cookie can be sent with web requests according to its settings. Local storage keeps values inside the browser for a website to read. The application currently sets no cookies and uses local storage for language and motion preferences. Calling both technologies “cookies” would obscure how this build actually behaves, so this notice describes them separately.
Preference purposes
The language preference restores your chosen locale on a later visit. The motion preference remembers whether decorative animation is enabled. Neither value is a unique account identifier, advertising audience or game save. The page may read your browser’s reduced-motion preference when choosing a default. The exact storage implementation is part of the delivered source and should be reviewed if those functions change.
Duration and clearing
Local preferences remain until changed or removed by the browser, the user or a future application change. This build does not claim a fixed expiry period. Clear this site’s data in browser settings to remove them, or change the relevant control in the interface. Private browsing, storage restrictions or browser cleanup can prevent persistence. Browsing does not require an account.
No optional tracking in this application
No analytics, advertising pixels or third-party video embed is activated by the application. There is therefore no simulated cookie acceptance banner. Media files are served as site assets. A future analytics or embedded service must be assessed before introduction, with an updated notice and any required controls. The absence of trackers here does not establish the behaviour of an unknown hosting platform.
Operator verification remains required
Before deployment, the owner must check whether the selected host adds cookies, security challenges or other storage and document their purpose and lifetime if present. The operator identity and contact are still missing. This notice is a draft implementation description; it cannot confirm settings for infrastructure that has not been identified.
