Assault rifle

Helix Directorate

A coil-assisted service rifle with a blue charge indicator. Each magazine includes its own energy cell, giving smooth recoil without granting extra damage against armor.

01

Operating principle

A coil-assisted service rifle with a blue charge indicator. Each magazine includes its own energy cell, giving smooth recoil without granting extra damage against armor.

02

Modification choices

A stabilizing stock tightens sustained fire but slows the first aim. A short barrel improves handling at the cost of effective range. A low-magnification optic preserves peripheral vision.

03

Engagement doctrine

Use short bursts from one piece of cover to the next. In PvP and Battle Royale this class bridges street and rooftop fights; in PvE reserve part of each magazine for a drone arriving from another angle.

04

Strengths, limits & counters

Forgiving tracking and large capacity favor support roles. The combined cell-magazine takes longer to seat under pressure.

05

Reading the specifications

Damage is one unarmored torso hit at close range; a burst rifle reports one projectile, not an entire burst. Rate is nominal cycling speed; burst pauses, charging, cooling and reloads reduce sustained output. Capacity counts projectiles, shells or charges per load. Range describes the intended engagement distance. Recoil is a 0–100 control-demand index: lower is steadier, not weaker.

06

Operators & modes

Recommended operators: SUTURE, RELAY. The displayed range is 70 metres in this fictional design. Treat it as a planning guide: sightlines, armor and movement still decide the encounter.
