Assault rifle
Helix DirectorateAn ivory bullpup issued for archive security. A weighted rear action keeps bursts stable from a defended position, while its recessed controls resist accidental input.
Operating principle
An ivory bullpup issued for archive security. A weighted rear action keeps bursts stable from a defended position, while its recessed controls resist accidental input.
Modification choices
A stabilizing stock tightens sustained fire but slows the first aim. A short barrel improves handling at the cost of effective range. A low-magnification optic preserves peripheral vision.
Engagement doctrine
Use short bursts from one piece of cover to the next. In PvP and Battle Royale this class bridges street and rooftop fights; in PvE reserve part of each magazine for a drone arriving from another angle.
Strengths, limits & counters
Stable and economical, but the rear magazine makes emergency reloads slow. Rush after counting its final burst.
Reading the specifications
Damage is one unarmored torso hit at close range; a burst rifle reports one projectile, not an entire burst. Rate is nominal cycling speed; burst pauses, charging, cooling and reloads reduce sustained output. Capacity counts projectiles, shells or charges per load. Range describes the intended engagement distance. Recoil is a 0–100 control-demand index: lower is steadier, not weaker.
Operators & modes
Recommended operators: ROOK, LEDGER. The displayed range is 75 metres in this fictional design. Treat it as a planning guide: sightlines, armor and movement still decide the encounter.
